I was away at the National High School Mock trial championship which we won fro the second year in a row. I could not walk as much as i had been and i tried to eat good turkey fish but a couple of times did nt do so well and alot of sitting around i got back on today already did my mile and a half. Not to happy about the weigh in but i am still down 25 and I know what I have to do to get back on program
