I'm not sure how much of this can be attributed to my efforts. I had surgery last week and haven't really been able to eat much at all. And my doc doubled the dosage on my thyroid meds. So all of that is contributing. I suppose as long as I manage to keep it off, its a good loss no matter how it came about. :)
