Sedentary2's Logboek, 20 sep 12

I ate cheese cake, a bready sandwich, and did not write down calories for several days all of which amounted to no weight loss, and possibly a slight gain. Day to day wt varies naturally, so it's hard to say but I have been 178 for three days in a row, so I think I might really have gained. Time to get back on. Responsibility and being aware of what I eat make a big difference.
