So this is my first day of doing this. Tomorrow is the first real day. I realize I'm much younger than a lot of people on here but heart disease and diabetes runs in my family and I want to lose weight. I feel like having a community will help me to. I've tried before and regained everything I lost so I'm gonna give this a go. Maybe I'll be able to get down to my target weight and find some supportive people on the way.
