alideni's Logboek, 15 mei 08

Good morning! Things are going quite well with the diet. I can't complain with a graph that looks this good, huh? lol! Well, it is almost TOM & I can feel the water gain coming on! Let's just hope that the graph continues to aim downwards! I have been faithful as far as food goes, so we shall see!

Hubby & I went to the gym yesterday to get some workout time in. I did 35 min. on the treadmill with incline. That is an accomplishment for me! Really, I enjoyed it & the time went by fast. Pretty soon, I was sweatin' & seeing those calories burned on the display just made me push harder! It didn't kick my butt like the elliptical, so I felt great afterwards!

I'm going to try some Starkist Herb & Garlic tuna today. It has been years & years since I have had tuna, so we will see how it goes! Hopefully the Wheat thins with them will help! ;)
