DAY 3-6 KETO:
on day 3 I drank a lot of alcohol which pushed me over my calorie limit and on day 4 I was hungry from dancing the night before I ate lots of eggs, cheese, salad and quiche this also pushed me over my calorie limit. On day 5 I was energetic but had a huge sugar craving, I made more keto buiscuit S and ate raspberries and blueberries. Today on day 6 I ate well but had low energy from some needles I had in the morning. These have definitely been the hardest keto days - I hope it gets better!
