So I have decided this will be the best diet I can try. I have tried many others and can not seem to follow through. I love certain foods and can not give them up in order to follow a certain diet. Eating less calories is better for me because I can still enjoy the foods I love and not suffer because they are not on the allowed food list. I hope I can stick to this and not quit this time.
