starkserena's Logboek, 06 jan 19

Weighed in lighter than expected today, but I guess it makes sense. Haven't been too hungry, so I've been eating what I can and trying to make sure I keep at least a third of my caloric intake from protein. My energy levels are still up despite lack of sleep this week and I actually got 6 hrs last night after drinking some chamomile tea and taking a warm shower at night. Fingers crossed I'll be able to start getting more sleep.

Thanks guys! & Chris so far so good. I'm getting stronger. My body's a little broken from before, but I'm doing a lot of rehab exercises (hip and shoulder), resistance, some bodyweight, but I live for weights. Only cardio I really do is on Sundays, but then I spend the rest of the week trying to rehab my hip for the next Sunday 😂😂😂. I have resistance babds for my shoulder, but I think I'm going to buy some for my legs, too (or tie it).
