Started eating whole plant based lifestyle so no meat, no sugar, no dairy no processed foods or oils etc & no alcohol and I’m on my way to eating healthier feeling fitter also as I’ve started running again and ran my first 5k in 2019, I would like to wish all of you a Happy and fitter 2019 ! 😄👍
