Well I am back and vacation was great....well sort of! Me and the hubby both got the flu the 2nd day there so needless to say I did eat much the whole vacation which was good on the weight, but not so good on the body! Starting to finally feel better and want to eat, so we are going grocery shopping to get the good food back in the system! I am very excited that I lost weight regardless of how I did it! I did cheat needless to say, wasn't much I could eat, but what I could I did, so just need to get back on track now and head towards my goal once again. I still feel great and feel like I am doing great, so that it motivation in itself! Glad to hear that everyone did good this week! Keep up the good work!
