High FS Friends I’m back still not feeling right put on more weight and legs still swelling roll on February when I have more blood tests .stared recording food again today as I’ve missed you all,hope everyone is doing ok 👍

I don’t feel right yet either yesterday was first day I managed to eat right in 3 weeks if we eat the right amount of the right food we will feel better before l started dieting I felt crap all the time
