Been doing Keto for one week plus OMAD and exercise regimen 6/7 days. Lost about 3.2 pounds. Maybe more because my scale needed a new battery and was registering a bit low. I used to weigh 220 in Nov 2016 so 185 is wonderful but still overweight. Those darn remaining 20 lbs!🤔
