Been doing Keto for one week plus OMAD and exercise regimen 6/7 days. Lost about 3.2 pounds. Maybe more because my scale needed a new battery and was registering a bit low. I used to weigh 220 in Nov 2016 so 185 is wonderful but still overweight. Those darn remaining 20 lbs!🤔
83,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 8,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 9,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

It takes 3-6 weeks to be Keto “fat adapted” before burning fat efficiently give or take depending the person

Note to self always keep low batteries in scale... And yes always tough the closer you get. But you are working it.
