I cannot believe I lost NOTHING this week. I worked my a*s off last week, all for nothing??? My ankles and feet were horribly swollen last night, so I likely ate something that is causing water retention. I track my sodium intake and keep it below the rdi of 2300, so not sure what I may have eaten. It's so frustrating.
