1.2lbs until I hit my first goal! Once I’m at that point, I will have lost 1/4 of what I need to reach my ultimate goal, 85lbs. Fat Secret has been integral, because without logging my meals, I may not have known how much I had actually been consuming. Taking control of what you eat, and how much you eat, is an important step in any weight loss journey.

Yeah logging can be so important. I have decided not to stop logging whatever happens to my diet. Congratulations so much on getting so close to your goal!!!!!
