I really believe the advice I've had recently - eat when you're hungry, but make nutritious choices. These last two weeks were fantastically busy with prenatal classes, work, and I just started feeling a bit out of control! We didn't grocery shop properly and ended up with lots of dining out and prepared foods. I'm trying to add back the excersize that I was skipping, but I went to BodyFlow last night and it was quite a challenge with my new extra-big belly. I'm glad that we're down to the last bit of the pregnancy... I'm basically 34 weeks along now, so in as little as 3 weeks Morgan will be considered 'full term' (although 6 weeks more is full term too, and some people think there's a greater chance of being overdue with your first baby). But the end is in sight!
