I haven’t been feeling well, so I really haven’t logged my food lately. Both of those factors have probably been detrimental to my weight loss (or lack of) this week. But, I did manage a little “whoosh”, so that’s great. 11.4lbs to reach my goal! Here’s to keeping on keeping on (and, also hopefully feeling better this weekend because I NEED to exercise. Losing weight and being physically fit aren’t always synonymous. Changing my eating habits will definitely help me reach the weigh loss goal, but our bodies were made to move!).
