Did a carb experiment last weekend and gained 4 pounds! Took me all week to get near to where I was last Friday. All it took was one fish & chip dinner Sunday, one pastry on Saturday, stayed below 1650 cal but the re-introduction of too many carbs made for quick weight-gain. Unbelievable!
