I have to keep on track and not give into temptation. Its two plus months and 5 more lbs to go. Its doable, but I must start early and start budgeting for the new jeans etc now. I also must remember that this is a life time change and being a healthy senior will help with the national health care crisis because I won't be an obese or overweight static.
