Coming off slowly but none the less coming off!;U) I have a question for you guys.... I started craving brussel sprouts. Then I noticed everyday that I ate brussel sprouts I lose weight. Could this be that my body needs something in these to lose the weight or do you think it is just a coincidence. Maybe it is a coincidence but a strange one at that. Has this ever happened to anyone else with any food. I am use to craving foods that make me gain weight but never have found one that seemed to help me lose it.;U) Exercise is also a big thing for me. If I don't walk or exercise I don't lose BIG SURPRISE HUH! Anyway if anyone has had the secret food thing happen can you let me know? I just noticed this in the last week or so that is when the last 7 pounds has came off. So I lost about a pound a day. Maybe it could be that I just got passed that plateau that we get to sometimes. I don't know but tell me what you think anyways.
