I did well on portion control on the 4th, but I did eat a few bites of the 3 desserts on the table. Probably didn't amount to a half a cup of sweets if that much. Stayed away from all the white breads and mac & cheese, but caved in to the potato salad and baked beans. Not too much damage though.
