I was letting the scale get to my head a little earlier in the week and decided a once a week weigh in might be better for the negative mind talk that takes over with me! Those of you speaking to that this week definitely hit hone with me! It is psychological ! I am feeling better and clothes are fitting better but I am so trained to live by that # on the scale ! Happy for this loss as I am moving in the right direction for the 1st time in a long time! Mentally and physically! I have really learned so much from this community of folks! I love that everyone is on their own WOE and supported! Can someone help me —what are the different color lines? Thanks and Hope you all are having a good start to your week!
