i stepped on the scale after going to the bathroom this morning, pants still on the floor.. then i put my pants on and stepped on again n gained almost a whole pound, lol.. those pants are heavier than i thought they were, lol
104,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 13,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 40,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Thanks 😊 the first 20 came of slooooowly but ive been sticking to the plan daily (well.. Almost daily, lol) since the new year, so it's happening a lot faster now.. I like faster 😀
