Daily exercise has done the trick. I did a two week everyday walking blitz then quit for 1 1/2 weeks and finally decided nothing was happening so I started again...I just feel better when I exercise tho every morning I don't feel like it but once I get going I feel VERY pleased with myself. I was wondering if my scale was broken! This AM it was down 2 lbs, hope its not a mirage!
71,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 17,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 7,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Congrats! I am definitely going back to the gym and hoping I will have the same result. Wish it didn't, but exercise really does have a lot to do with the whole picture. Keep up the good work!
