gone down 2 full dress sizes so far 🤣 and once I lose weight around my waist it will be 3 sizes ⬇️... be nice when I can shop for so called 'normal' size clothing that aren't all plus size. I tried planking yesterday wow what a workout looks so easy watching others but I'm in a lot of pain. I started on 10seconds and now 40seconds trying to get to 3x1 min reps did a walk on Sunday and waking up early tomorrow to walk and maybe run if it's dark and no1 can c me haha🙃
