Starting over again today. I am at a point where I will have to shop for bigger clothes if I continue down this path of overeating. I can't make white rice again. I wasn't even buying it at all last year. This year, I've already gone through a couple of 10 pound bags.
I need a plan for snacking between meals. Hot tea. An apple. Nuts and dried fruit. Cheese. No candy or cookies. When I start thinking about sugary foods, I just need to practice saying NO in my head. NO NO NO.
