Did you log everything you had. Sometimes we get surprised when we see what it really is. Anyways probably just scale fluctuations. Keep on dieting!!!

What did you eat/exercise on the 9th, keeping calories below Goal? It looks like you gained on the 10th & Body is still dealing with what happened on the 9th.
