YAH HOOOOOOOOO!!!! I did it, I broke the 160 plateau! I am so very excited! Down another 2 lbs today and I am feeling so wonderful about all of this. My husband is so very proud of me, that really makes all of this worth it and worth sticking too! I am so glad that I found this diet and I am so glad that I didn't give up when I felt down! Hope everyone is doing better then last week with your feelings1 Keep smashing and remember that it is worth it!
