Keep plugging away, sometimes you gain before you start dropping. Are you able to try calorie deficit eating? That’s what has been working for me since I hurt my back in 2018 and have a pretty much bum knee and have not seen the inside of a gym in over a year. I’ve just started back on this, and have lost a few pounds by eating less than the calories I burn (I used a formula I found online to help estimate what my Total Daily Energy Expenditure is). I’ve had quite a few cheat days (cause sometimes, life ya know) but just try to get back on it the next day. I do little exercises at home and try to work in extra walking at work. 2019 I changed work shifts, now work overnight so circadian rhythm is completely off kilter, but I’m trying. Use my phone app and watch to keep track of my sleep, try for at least 6 hrs a day and use this app to monitor my caloric intake. Sorry for such a long dialogue but, just keep with it. It’s all ebbs and flows, we just have to keep trying. 🙂
