A NEW DAY... A NEW ATTITUDE
I found that what worked best for me when I lost all my weight last year was my cheat day usually it was Thursday night pizza and beer.. well I have adopted Sundays as my chill and relax food day! and I still lost weight this week. that number 200 scared the crap outta me!!
