Still in a slump but feeling good about the progress I've made so far and surprised that I've been sticking too it. Did about an hour and half of just zumba and I must say it litarly kicked my ass i was so sore from head to toe, especially my mid section and ribs front and back. So in saying that i really wasn't looking forward to working out today, but my husband convinced me to start with some stretches too loosen up, and jump to it, and thankfully his advice helped me today. I made it through my full workout.
