Back from our weekend trip!! I almost didn't want to get on the scale this morning. For good reason! Despite the fact that we walked all over the city of San Francisco, about 9 miles! Including Golden Gate Park and Lands End park. Making detours to see the Painted Ladies... Up and down those hills! We did eat a lot, and I did eat the sourdough bread. How can you now when it is that fresh and crispy! But mostly ate raw or steamed seafood to keep my protein and fat in good standing (plus its delicious!) See below, the crab Louis from the Fishermen's Wharf. The only food pic I took! back on track this am with a 16 hour fast breaking it with eggs and bacon.

Beautiful pics and I enjoy all our trips away by dinning on things I love.. I try to eat some better options too so to balance it out a bit and I wont weigh when I return but I just measure and move on then a week later my carb up trip has left my side ofr waist lol ..enjoyed your post...thank you;)

Thanks guys! we had a blast! @maxie4, that's my plan. I knew I would regret NOT having some bread or even some sweets. Just as long I can move on this week! @Debbie... we don't have it here in Texas either, not like that!
