Today I am going to try and figure out the calories in everything I am making for Thanksgiving... Should be interesting and scary to know how many calories I have consumed in the past. But at least I'll be prepared for this Thanksgiving.
Will I go over my RDI, most likely, yes. Hopefully not as over as I have in the past!
