So i go to mountain with my friends 3 days ago and that was my cheat day i think i ate something between 6000 - 9000 calories in that day the next day i told myself that 1.5 gain is water and food, so i do my daily diet and go to gym with more intense and harder workout cause i have a lot of energy now i weight myself and im still 1 kilo more than 3 days ago dunno why 🧐😔
89,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 22,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 89,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
