Finally down a couple of pounds! This last week has been rough I've been constipated so actually gained weight and now I've lost that weight plus some! Yay 273.5 now! I had a really good workout on my legs yesterday the personal trainer had me doing some really tough stuff!
124,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 19,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 33,3 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Myree, I had the same problem last week. I haven't looked at your food calendar but you might need to up the fiber as well as the fat. It worked for me. You are doing such a wonderful job - 41 pounds down and gone for good!

Thanks guys! It's actually 43.5 lbs down now whew it's starting to slow now LOL I have regular problems with constipation always have my whole life I up fiber even take metamucel and it doesn't work... oh well my Doc said Senna is safe and it seems to be effective it comes in a tea I get and that keeps me regular... last week just missed a couple of doses.

i'm pretty knew to this forum and to atkins (kindof)but thought of writing a comment :) I've never had an issue with constipation.... not even during atkins... I drink a lot of water plus 2 cups of black coffee (though not advised during the diet) in the morning and i'm good to go... thought i "might" help.. btw... great work Myree.. ur like an inspiration for a lot of us out here trying to lose the weight :D

thanks eythi! Yeah I drink a cup of hot tea in the morning and carry a 32 oz bottle of water with me all day I drink about 7 of those a day! So have plenty of water... have tried the MIM in the morning to see if added fiber would work... nothing I have to drink my Senna tea in the morning then I will go once usually but not always.
