Today my food plan is.... Vega One meal replacement for breakfast, chefs salad for lunch, steak, oven roasted beets and carrots with a Cesar salad for supper... am I doing this right?
64,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 6,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

lol if you're dropping unwanted weight and it's an eating habit that youre going to be able to maintain once you reach your goal then i think you're doing it right..
