I hate that I had an increase but it's the first one and hopefully the only one in this journey. It was a bad week for eating. I ended up eating out quite a bit. I tried to make the right choices and brought home at least half as leftovers. I did have a day where I didn't have a choice in what was being served. Unfortunately, it was all carb and fat loaded but boy did it taste good.
This past week I wasn't diligent with recording my food and I guess I paid for it. When I stayed on track with it, I was losing weight. I need to be better about recording it and possibly recording it before I eat. That way I know exactly how many calories I'm going to be consuming and I can adjust my meal if needed. Hopefully this week will be better.
