This weigh in MAY be wrong..... I did it on Thurs morning at my dad's house in Spain using their scales. I HOPE it is right - if it is I have finally broken that 170 barrier, Whooo!!! I certainly worked hard the last days before we went, I exercised every day and stuck to my diet. I certainly felt betterm even though Aunt Flo was due last Tuesday. She still hasn't arrived......it was my last trip to Spain that delayed her a couple of months ago. I shouldn't complain I suppose, I'd rather have a pain free holiday!
Anyway, I think I've done fairly well with what I've eaten while I've been away. I haven't gone overboard and I'll be back on track from tomorrow really. Having said that, I am suffering with some tummy aches so I think good ol' Aunt F may be on her way. :)

Ooh, I'm so thrilled for you, that's fantastic work! Hope you've been having a fabulous time in Spain. Grahh, the joys of Aunt Flo... I'm sympathising as she's showed up again here... only 21 days after the last time! :o(
