Got the day off work today, going to be a weird hectic week, have allot of little things around the house I have to get done, you know usual household chores laundry, housework etc. Want to fit in some time to get to the y get in some elliptical time and hopefully a few other machines. Also have some shopping to do. Have to fit in my to do list in one day on top of my regular workout. Time management skills will definitely come in handy today. I want to get some track pants for the gym, a heart monitor, and some better proper running shoes.
