Thanks Bill. Yes, I'm trying the slow and steady method this time. I feel that I'm losing pure fat and not muscle and water. I'm not in a huge hurry. So far, I'm feeling blessed to have shown a loss, no matter how small every weekly weigh-in since the 7th of January. As a bonus, I'm off of all my supplements (except Ginger and Curcumin), eliminated all of my pain meds, and dropped a bunch of my BP meds. So, I feel that this is a positive track that I'll continue as long as it works.

Sounds like you are on the right track dropping the meds. Slow and steady wins the race.
