WOWWEE! I lost 2 lbs over the last couple of days! And, I've hit a new 'low'! I'm so pleased!
Today I start my new vitamins. They're called "Orovo". They're supposed to consist of a concentration of 'the 10 superfoods', plus 31 other added vitamins and minerals to help detox the body. These vitamins have the side effect of helping one lose weight as well! I'm excited to try them to see if they really work! We'll see within a couple of week, I guess!
Thank God it's hump day! Only have to work a half day tomorrow! It's been rather hot but nice lately. I think I've managed to keep my allergies under control now, too, with the help of a generic brand of Zyrtec. We'll see.

Waa-Hoo!! On all fronts!! Great job on getting down!! So glad that the zyrtec is helping, too. Poor Clint is pretty congested this am, still. I'm waiting on my vitacost order and I'll get back on my multi's,.... can't help but wonder if that is why my hair is thinning, too. Haven't had them in a little over a month. Wished I could say that my scales were still being nice, but think the stomach bug is affecting it?? =S I'm back up again and feeling swollen, too. YEA for hump day! :)

You know, bullyt, my hairdresser told me not to quit taking my hair/nail vitamins because if I did, I'd see a big change by way of hair loss. You could be on to something! It'll be interesting to see how your hair does after you start taking your vits again! =)
