Started cycling again two weeks ago. Today, we covered probably around 27 km and it was a bit chilly. All in all, I haven't been focused on my weight I've been busy. The weight is coming off on its own lol However, I will have to maintain my intentionality in terms of exercise to keep it off. Lost about 3 inches around my waist when we went to Columbia for 7 weeks. Pay off Cycling of 1500 km lol!
