Getting lazy and gaining weight and drinking to much every day. I am not going back so I'm back to my old self. so I'm on routine of counting again. I never stopped lifting weights but i can see my stomach poking out a little and my veins in my arms are almost gone. All I need to lose is 5-10 pounds so that should not be that bad.
101,8 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 43,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 2,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.
