I guess I really shouldn't be surprised. Although I am a little! Yes I went over my calorie limit one day and was close the next but my usual count is 400 under the other days. The math doesn't fit! I guess I need to to keep my daily limit lower. I know the body is a strange and wonderful thing so I'll just carry on as I have been for a little while longer before I make any changes to the program.

Thanks. I have been having a good week so far. It feels so good when I am in control. It certainly is easier when I am in my normal routine!
