I’m really questioning the validity of this scale. Not able to exercise fully since re-injuring my back last month, just PT twice a week, 8 sessions so far. Trying to keep at eating mindfully but have slipped many days into eating chocolates at work, and not as careful with the carbs as before, but...ok.
