Still strong, trying to monitor my protein as well as my calories, making sure i eat more veggies and fruits. As well I'm trying to add foods that help keep me regular, i guess because of the drastic changes i have made too my diet, has an effect on my bowel movements before i started i was regular, now there are sometimes 3 - 4 days that go by with no movement. I then find myself constituted and bloated. This week i have added more fruits veggies leafy greens and fiber, and my bowel movements are more frequent
