This past week was a mess. I really don't feel like I got anything accomplished at all.
I don't see any results after 2 weeks of IF, i dont feel any better, and my weight remains unchanged.
I have done my best and stuck almost perfectly to my 16:8 (except yesterday where it was actually 18:6.)
Calorie cycling sucks but its not actually hard. But I'm doing everything the doctor and now 2 dieticians told me and making zero progress. I'm frustrated.
99,8 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 36,3 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Try fresh food s. Veg lean meat not processed. Avoid beans if you are doing fasts Personally fasts don’t work your body shut down and holds on to all the calories . I do little meals Every 2 to four hours 200 to 300 calories And then a good dinner ,also lots of friut.Three times a day . This way makes your body burn calories more evenly . And a lot of water,no soda of any kind I do 1900 calories a day I’m 55 do avg of 5000 steps a day Low sedentary I’m averaging 10 lbs s month . You might have to reset your goals and statistics on the app. And most of all NO sugar and flour are your enemies if you in indulge do it once in awhile .HOPE I helped you a little just sharing my info in what works for me keep trying 👍🏻
