I was expecting this one. I completely let myself go this week because I didn't have a lot of choice in what I got to eat (but of course I could have made MUCH MUCH better choices than I did when I got the chance) because we went to Disneyland and we went out for supper quite a few times. This does show me that I am not invincible and that if I fall back into my bad habits I will suffer the consequences! Today was not the best either because we took a day trip to San Francisco and ate out for lunch (even though I packed a healthy lunch for myself to get myself back on track). Getting back on track is hard when you've taken a detour, but I'm determined to keep the weight off!
