After a good break from fs almost back to wear I started which sucks as I generally eat well and exercised still... I've just been a little slack on how much I eat stopped weighing myself and relaxed. 🤔 scratching my head in bewilderment at how this happened! Ah relaxation is over rated anyway, time to be strict again and be summer ready!
