It's been the strangest couple of months, but I've had good news from the cardiologist, and the bells palsy is clearing up. Getting back on track now and have stopped taking most of the medications.
Have to stay focussed on diet and exercise over the next year in order to live a long and happy life. Don't ever want to sit in a cariologists office getting shakes of the head and bad news again.
No booze for a couple of months now and have not missed it. Still struggling to cut down on portion size though.
