Very annoying, but I'm getting through quite a bit of broth to which I add Pink Himalayan salt, a little pepper, and some fish sauce for flavour and texture, the Phuquoc one. No sniggering at the back please :-) Red Boat's great but expensive, and this stuff is warm and embracing and rich and cheaper, much cheaper. I assume I'm retaining a ton of water, more than I normally would. Still, in today's sort of heat, maybe that's no bad thing :-)
